Terms and Conditions
Reservation Procedure
- Reservation confirmation should be made by Email.
- Advance schedule should be provided by email before one week.
Usage Procedures
- Full day is entitled to use the car for 10 hours per day inclusive only Downtown area.
- Half day is 5 hours (Using in Morning or in the afternoon, NOT at NIGHT)
- Every extra hour will be charged 10% of the full day rental charges.
- Number of Passengers, Flights Time and Detail Schedule should be advised 3 DAYS (not
included weekend and gazette holiday) before the trip.
- All vehicles are fully Air-Conditioned & Reclining seats (except saloon).
- Propose rental rates are Nett and Inclusive of Tax, Service, Toll Fare, Driver Fees and Fuel Expense.
- Every outside Zone visit will be charged as accordingly. Saloon-Ks 8000, Alphard & Hiace Commuter – Ks 10000, 22 Seater- 20000, 29/33 Seater – 25000 and 45 Seater - 30000 respectively.
- The entire car rented for outskirt of Yangon must be returned to Yangon not later than 9:00 pm. Extra charges will be imposed after 9:00 pm accordingly.
Payment Condition
- The settlement should be in cash by US$ (convert by current exchange rate) or Kyats or Card (Visa, Master, MPU)
- 50% deposit will need to be settled when reservation is confirmed and final payment should be paid before one day ahead of the end of service.
Cancellation
- Cancellation should be made by Email.
- Should total cancellation or reducing of confirmed reservations are made less than 7 days prior, the car rental reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fees equivalent to the 30% of total amount to confirmed reservation.
- Should total cancellation or reducing of confirmed reservations are made less than 24 hours prior, the car rental reserves the right to charge a full cancellation fees.
Remarks
- All Rates are subject to change due to fuel cost when exchange increase for fluctuation.
- 0.6 litre water bottle and snow towel inclusive per person per day
