Reservations

A confirmation email will be sent to you by Myanmar Escapade Travel & Tours once we have secured all reservations. You will also receive a pro forma invoice for the total amount. If you do not hear from us within 3 working days, please feel free to call us at 95-1-660562.

Payment Terms

• All services are on a pre-payment basis.
• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the trip. The balance amount must be paid 14 days prior to the arrival date in Myanmar. We accept US dollar payments only.
• Payment can be made to the following Bank Account in Myanmar:

Vouchers

All service vouchers and domestic air tickets will be delivered to the local tour guide/tour leader or to the client upon arrival in Myanmar.

Cancellation

A cancellation fee will be imposed based on the charges incurred for confirmed arrangements. Request of cancelations must be in writing either by email or fax.

Liability

Myanmar Escapade Travel & Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the client, including those that occur outside the tour program. We would like to recommend all our clients to obtain the necessary personal baggage, medical and accidental insurance before their arrival in Myanmar.
