You'll be welcomed by our guide upon arrival and transferred to your hotel. After lunch in a local restaurant, your tour of Central Yangon featuring Bogyoke Museum; Botataung pagoda; Karaweik Hall, a concrete structure shaped like a royal barge amidst the waters of Royal Lake (Kandawgyi); and the Shwedagon Pagoda, the most revered by all Buddhists in Myanmar. Then, enjoy your dinner at a local restaurant and stay overnight at your hotel.

After breakfast, start a trip to Bago by car, an ancient Mon Capital (80 km northeast of Yangon). On the way, visit the Allied War Cemetery in Htauk Kyant. The scenic rural landscape can be seen during the nearly two-hour drive to Bago.
The sightseeing highlights in Bago include the Kyakhat Waing Monastery where over hundreds of Buddhist monks are, by 10:30 a.m, having their (before noon) meal in total silence; the Shwemawdaw Pagoda shaped in a Mon style and as old as the Shwe Dagon Pagoda. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, start a short visit to the Shwethalyaung, the most beautiful 55-metre long Reclining Buddha; and the Kanbawzathadi Palace; on the way back to Yangon, stop for a while at Shwe Nyaung Pin (Golden Banyan Tree) where superstitious rites by some car owners from Yangon and the environs might be in progress. After breakfast, the tour ends with time for free and easy shopping adventures at Bogyoke Market (also known as Scott Market) to browse and bargain freely among the hundreds of stalls for great souvenirs.
